Support
Start with the relevant setup notes, then report a reproducible problem without exposing secrets or personal data.
Web app
Review the evidence state and provider disclosures before reporting a missing or withheld result. Browser watchlists and alert rules are stored locally, so clearing site data removes them.
Telegram and MCP
The integrations page shows whether public URLs have been published. Telegram supports /help, /alerts, /unwatch, and /stop. The public MCP is read-only and cannot create watches or alerts.
Report a problem safely
GitHub issues are public. Include enough evidence to reproduce the problem, but redact anything private.
- The affected route, command, or MCP tool and what you expected.
- What happened, including the exact error and a timestamp with time zone.
- The public contract address, launchpad, evidence mode, and request ID when relevant.
- Browser or MCP client version and minimal reproduction steps.
Never post a wallet seed phrase, private key, API token, database URL, Telegram webhook secret, private chat ID, IP address, or private conversation. ProtoRadar does not provide wallet recovery, transaction reversal, or investment support.
